So… the second round of exams didn’t go too well. I ended up with a C- on my stat test and a C+ on my hon. finance test after the curves. :frown: The material was difficult and I ended up running out of time on the day of the test, so quite a few questions were either rushed or left blank. I reviewed and prepared for the tests, too! My finance teacher never gives review sheets, practice tests, or anything like that, which makes it more challenging, and I didn’t get to review the sample exam my stat teacher gave out… but whatever.

At this point, I am pretty much done with school for this semester. I probably have a B- average in those classes right now, since I did pretty well on both of the first exams and all of the homework assignments, so that leaves the final exams and the grade-boosting extra credit assignment for finance that I am close to completing. I can live with a B-, but I am going to be disappointed if it is anything lower than that. I am also registered for those two finance classes next year – international finance and investments – which I am strongly re-considering after seeing how that second test went… *shudders*

But the hell with talking about school. This is my week off, so I’m gonna focus on happier things, like: Thanksgiving, cooking, eating, shopping, and traveling. Later today, my boyfriend and I are leaving to go to Virginia for a few days to see his aunt and uncle for Thanksgiving, and we also might pass through Washington, DC at some point. I have to go finish packing and getting ready.
