Deals and Steals: March 2012

More online coupons for your online spring shopping!!

Kohl’s is one of those stores where you can find anything and everything for yourself, your significant other, your family, your house or apartment… I could go on and on. Kohl’s cash is being offered from March 7-11, $10 for every $50 you spend, so there are only a few days left to earn for this period if you’re interested. Save even more with this online coupon: LOVE2SAVE for 20% off your entire purchase from March 7-14.

Unlike Kohl’s, Victoria’s Secret is exclusively for the ladies – until they come out with the Victor’s Secret spin-off chain, but I don’t know how well that would take off. Um, anyway. “Secret Rewards” cards are being given out with any online, phone or in-store purchase of $10 or more during the whole month of March, redeemable starting in April. To sweeten the pot, VS just released some gorgeous new bra and panty sets in pretty spring colors and lace. Get a free panty and $10 off select Very Sexy bras using the code SP1229353 (expires March 28). For even more savings, use this coupon: SP1229317 online to save $15 off $100, $30 off $150 and $75 off $250 (expires April 25).

Any tea lovers out there? Personally, I go both ways: I like tea and coffee, but it depends on my mood. Stock up at and use the coupon SAMPLE15 to save 15% off your order at checkout (expires August 31). Twinings has some great cold brew ice tea options that are nice to drink during the spring and summer months.

Urban Decay… I ordered some things from here a few weeks ago, and low and behold, there is a “friends and family” sale now going on! Just my luck. :frown: You can save an extra 20% off with code FFSPRING12 online from March 6-10.

As always, why pay for shipping if you don’t have to? If you are looking to save on any online orders, visit a site like for coupon codes for free shipping. Be advised that some online merchants, like Victoria’s Secret, don’t allow you to combine specific coupons with free shipping; any tiered coupons, like the one above, usually do not work with free shipping coupons. Some merchants don’t even require a coupon code for free shipping: just meet the minimum order amount, usually $50 or $100 with exceptions (Amazon and Barnes and Noble are both $25, two of the lowest I have seen).

Happy shopping!
