Has anyone tried chia pudding? It is no more than chia seeds soaked in milk (or vegan-friendly nut milk) overnight with additional flavoring (vanilla, maple syrup...) and toppings (yogurt, granola, nuts...), if desired. Pantry Raid: Mushroom Barley Soup

I am kicking off my list of 2015 foodie resolutions right with one of the pantry raid recipes that I promised.
